Cafe Rio
I made Cafe Rio the other day! I was pretty proud of myself....it's really not hard at all, just takes a lot of time, and is kind of expensive for just the two of use. But we saved and froze the meat to make enchilada's later. The beef recipe was way good! And overall everything turned out great and very tasty!
