Okay...I am FREAKING OUT! First of all, any of you that are very close with me know that my phone is a piece.... I hate RAZOR phones by Motorola. Lamest phone on planet earth...but whatev -- it is still my phone and I'm way too cheap to buy another one. BUT...on to my REAL story!
I left my phone in Albuquerque last Sunday (the 19th) . I had been visiting my sister and her family and left it in the car when I got out at the airport. Then I ask my mom to Fed Ex it to me...you know...next day delivery. NO MATTER THE COST!!! Those are my EXACT words -- "no matter the cost" What does she do?
Yep...
You guessed it. Sends it USPS Priority...AKA Snail Mail...2-3 or actually up to 5 days! Whatever the heck they feel like! Hello! 5 days? What were you thinking Mom?
But wait it gets better...I decided that day (of all the days of my life) to be dyslexic, and switched my home address numbers around. So now, not only is my phone in super slow mail land (the post office people said it could take up to 10 days to get it back)...it's in that land without a the right address or a tracking number or anything because I'm an idiot and my mom is cheap.
So, seeing as I have no home line, I'm pretty much communication lost. My phone is really the only connection I have to Jason right now, and I am moving in a little over a week and have so many things to get done and need a phone to accomplish them! I have no numbers to call anyone with. All my friends probably think I'm ignoring their text messages, and my Mom can't understand why I'm mad at her (and myself) and why I couldn't just take my roommate's phone until I get mine back? Seriously?
So...I am waiting one more day to see if by some MIRACLE it arrives within the 3 day period priority mail is supposed to arrive. If it doesn't show up by tomorrow after work my mom is going to have to Fed Ex me her old phone and I'll hook that one up till mine is found -- which defeats the purpose of her being cheap and not just sending the freaking phone Fed Ex like I asked her the first time!
I HATE being without a phone! Oh my heck! Okay...my venting session is now over.

I'm so sorry Shammy! Blake would gladly overnight you his phone, but I'm not sure if you get service on the Elmo network in Arizona...I think it has something to do with daylight savings...
We love you!
Aw that stinks! Hope, "by some miracle", you get it today!
What nightmare!! Sorry!!
