SNOW FUN!!

I love snow! Growing up in St. George...we don't get a whole lot...so being able to play in the snow is always a treat! Here is a picture overload of our snow adventures over the Christmas and New Years break!

The first Snow day was a weekend spent up with Jason's family in Show Low for the weekend after Christmas. It was really fun.
This is a sweet picture outside the cabin
This is what generally a sweet picture turns into...Jason trying to dump me into the snow! haha jk! He just tries to scare me!

The next week for New Years Eve day went to Sunrise Resort with our friends Adam and Monet. We stayed at Jason's friend (and now roommate) Talmage's Cabin! It was great. Jason had only been once before...he did awesome!

Me Posing for myself...
Jason tired from his first few runs

On the Ski Lift :) It was a beautiful day!

All done! It was starting to get dark that last run!

Me...Jase...Monet...Adam

The next Friday (just two days later) We went boarding with the fam in Brianhead! It was so cold! But so fun. Jason seriously tore it up this time. He is a super fast learner. I learned how to carve a bit --Lands is a great teacher.

Me boarding down the hill

Landon and Jordan on the lift

the Jolley fam on the lift. I think Megs got a good taste of what Nebraska is going to feel like. It was bitter cold with the wind that day, especially on the ski lift!

Kenzers, Megs, Jason, and Landon

Jason and I. We were much more bundled up this day! It was cold!

Chillin after an awesome run!

The Jolleys after going down the backside of Navajo and crossing the bridge! We were starting to get "profesh" as Megs would say!
Landon cruising down like nobody's business
Megs...was a speedster. She would haul down the hills so fast!
Steve...hilarious!
Me and My Babe!
(Isn't my board sweet?)
Kenzers and Jason cruising down so fast, we couldn't get good pictures of them. It was seriously awesome how fast both of them picked up. Naturals!

What a fun Christmas/New Years break! Loved it!

These are awesome pictures to see. You all look fantastic. Brianhead looks like it's been feeling here this week. It is sooooo cold and there is only ice, NO snow--Boohoo! If it's going to be this cold there just as well be a little snow to go with it. I, however, prefer the sunshine. I wish I were in Arizona this week for the sunshine (or maybe for the next couple of months! It's such a long commute for Ian, though :)

Looks like lots of fun, Shandra! I'm impressed that you're so good out on the snow... not something I could claim! When's the big day?
